While we did not have the season we all wanted to have, I think there are some great people here at the Jets and in the New York/New Jersey area. I wish them all the best moving forward. A two-time NFL head coach, with the Dallas Cowboys (1998-99) and Buffalo Bills (2010-12), Gailey also served as offensive coordinator with the Chiefs, Dolphins and Steelers. In 2015, his first season with the Jets, he oversaw an offense that accumulated a franchise-record 5,925 yards and scored 387 points, the most for a Jets team since 1998.
